Pre-Order Reservation
When placing a Pre-Order for Created by 1991 products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You are responsible that all such information is accurate, and you will ensure that your data is current. Created by 1991 will have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and has no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your data at any time before your order is fulfilled by sending an e-mail to Orders@createdby1991.com
Pre-Order Fulfillment Timeline
Although we will produce candles and fulfill orders as soon as possible, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated delivery time is only an estimate and is subject to change. Pre-orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pre-Order Payment & Cancellations
Payment is taken and processed when your order is placed. Once you place your Pre-Order, your order is final, noncancelable, and nonrefundable, except as follows: If Created by 1991 cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
