Shipping

All shipping fees are calculated at checkout automatically. International packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.

Our orders are shipped via USPS from our Los Angeles studio. Since our products are sensitive to heat and other climate changes that can happen during transit, we've decided only to send out orders on Mondays through Wednesdays. Sending out our orders at the start of the week ensures that orders will spend the least amount of time in transit and be delivered within two to three days of leaving our studio.

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to support@createdby1991.com within 24 hours of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returned items. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within two business days.
